This company is fantastic from dealing with Mark (project administrator), who was very professional, knowledgeable and provided outstanding communication, going above and beyond getting my pool resurfaced on time as promised. The project team were friendly , knowledgeable, very reliable and tidy. Tried several places / quotes, but Pools101 took the time and effort to explain the process and definitely went way beyond what the other companies I contacted did. Highly recommended 😃

All the good things I want to write about Pools 101 have already been said, which speaks very well for the professionalism of this company. Suffice to say, the quote was competitive and Mark was easy to communicate with. He managed to bring the project forward ahead of the scheduled start date due to weather(he checked it would still be suitable for us) and the crew arrived on time. They have done a great job in resurfacing our fibreglass pool and we are very pleased with the end result. I used to work in fibreglass fabrication many years ago and Mark's team demonstrated workmanship and attention to detail of the highest standard. The site was left clean and tidy at the end of each day and Mark's follow up at the end of the job is appreciated. If your pool needs resurfacing, I definitely recommend giving Pools 101 a go.

I just had our pool resurfaced by Pools 101 and could not be happier. From the time Mark came on site to the time the pool was finished it was a seamless experience. The quote was extremely competitive and the workmanship was of the highest quality. Mark was easily accessible and happy to answer any questions. The guys doing the work were friendly, very skilful and hard working. Every night the site was left clean and I was given clear information on what they were doing the next day. The finished product looks amazing and my children and grandchildren are looking forward to swimming in the pool all summer.
